We used Smoky Mountain Grocery to stock our kitchen for a week stay in Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this service! It was so nice to walk in on the evening of arrival and already have food and drinks waiting for us. We had 11 total in our group, including 9 teens & children. Food is very important with teens! Thank you Smoky Mountain Grocery for making our vacation more enjoyable!

This was one of the best things I have ever done. This service is great!!!!! They had everything we had on our list at the cabin and neatly arranged on bar with cold items put neatly away in fridge. I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Grocery!!

We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday at Elk Spring Resort April 4-7, 2013. There were 13 of us and we rented Southern Philosophy and Summit Sanctuary which are next door to one another. I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we had. Everything was great. I worked with Katie Dearborn who handled my reservations. She went above and beyond fielding my numerous calls and answering question after question after question. She was very helpful as well as pleasant and patient and assured that all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The accommodations were excellent and proved to be as picturesque as the photos on the website. I made prior arrangements to have my cabins pre-stocked with food prior to my arrival. Tim Bowers owner of Smoky Mountain Grocery went over and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed including having his wife go out and buy a brand new charcoal grill that they loaned me during my stay. The food was delivered timely and stocked perfectly in the appropriate spaces inside the refrigerator. The non perishable items were stacked neatly inside the cabinets as well as neatly on the counter. The food was fresh and the specialty platters I ordered were beautifully arranged and were also delicious. My husband already wants to go back and several members of our group are planning to take their families there this summer. In addition, we are considering making this an annual trip. Keep up the good work and the good service. Hats off to Elk Spring and Smokey Mountain Grocery!!!!!

Everyone listen up...this service is GREAT! We got caught up in traffic which made our 8 hour drive a 12 hour drive so needless to say this service was just what we needed. It was convenient, reasonable and the staff is very friendly and courteous. After that LONG drive it was soooo nice to get in our cabin and all the food we asked for was delivered and put away. Thank you! We will definitely use this service again and have already recommended to a few friends going this summer! Thanks again!

What a way to start your vacation....groceries delivered when you arrive to the destination!! We could not of asked for accommodating, courteous, friendly and nicer people to deal with besides the owners of our cabin. Would of loved to visit with them more but the snow hampered our plans but not our vacation. Thank you sooo much and can't wait to come back in the fall!!

One of the things I dread the most about vacation is grocery shopping. From trying to navigate through an unfamiliar store to fighting crowds in a tourist town it is not my cup of tea. We found this service on-line as one of the amenities our cabin offered. We decided to try it out. We were more than impressed. The staff at smoky mountain grocery was very friendly and helpful. Our groceries were delivered as promised and put away for us. He even offered for us to call him for direction tips on our way out of town to find the easiest route. I highly recommend their coffee too. We ended up leaving our trip with 3 different flavors! We will definitely use this service again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks again!

I highly recommend using this grocery service! Not only was it a wonderful convenience to not have to head to the grocery store after driving 9 hours, the customer service was impeccable! They called the evening before with a question about something on my list and then again the day of to let us know our groceries had been delivered. Then they called later to make sure everything was okay for us. I will definitely be using this service every year that we return. Thank you!

We highly recommend. Customer service was above and beyond. We arrived at our cabin and had no electricity and the people from SMG offered to do whatever we needed to accommodate our situation. Once again customer service was above and beyond expectations from our order placement to the delivery.

WOW!! Unbelievable! After a 12 hour drive we arrived to find our cabin full of food!! No grocery shopping for two adults, four hungry teens and three dogs! Everything we pre-ordered was there. Jena had even called me THREE times while she was shopping to make sure she bought exactly what we wanted. Reasonable prices. Two musts--get your coffee from the Smokey Mt. Grocery blends & order muffins and creamcheese brownies for the day of your arrival!!! Super great service and people--sharing info. with everyone I know!!

"An absolute God send! Our truck broke down on a Monday afternoon, 100 miles from Pigeon Forge and we had to be towed to the cabin, arriving at 2 am instead of 3 pm! We thought we could get a rental car the following morning...not so fast-it's Spring Break and only ONE car rental business had a car available "maybe" late Wednesday. Yikes! We've got THREE hungry teenagers and the snacks I had packed for the ride were quickly disappearing. To add to our troubles, only one local pizza delivery service was willing to deliver to the cabins.

I had bookmarked Smoky Mtn Grocery's site, thinking it might be nice to order some type of basket to surprise everyone with one day during the week, never dreaming we'd need an entire grocery store! I placed an order online, but because it was after hours I knew we might not get food until Thursday. About an hour after placing my order online, Gina called to say, "I don't know what made me check our site because it's after hours, but I see your order and we will get you your groceries tomorrow."(I have no doubt God interceded on our behalf!)

Sure enough, after a few conversations with Tim regarding directions to our cabin, the food arrived! Let's just say our cabin is off the beaten path and the roads aren't well marked. Remember, we arrived in complete darkness at 2am and haven't been out of the cabin since Monday! Tim was patient as he persevered in finding our cabin. Tim couldn't have been nicer; an absolute gentleman. The food was fresh and the order was correct. My boys exclaimed, "Finally, some real food!" They even delivered two toothbrushes for my two knuckleheads that forgot their toothbrushes! Emily, their four year old daughter, even helped carry in groceries and couldn't have been sweeter. We will definitely use this service again and will spread the word in Atlanta to friends and family who plan to visit Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Thank you, again! "This was my first time using Smoky Mountain Grocery Services. WOW our experience was fast & easy. We had groceries delivered along with a party tray and Happy Kids Gift Basket. I could not believe how well the groceries were placed, how fresh the veggies were and the quality of the basket was spot on. I would like to thank ya'll for making our trip so pleasant. We usually stop at the store on the way in and with 2 small children its so challenging when its late in the evening. By the time we had driven from Georgia to Pigeon Forge and then took on the winding road up the cabin, we weren't ready to venture back down the mountain for groceries.
